Your Safety Matters—Follow these Safety Guidelines
Please review the following safety recommendations and follow them during your stay.
Always close and lock the apartment doors and windows when leaving the unit. Please ensure windows are also closed during rain or strong winds. Keeping doors and windows closed helps prevent insects and bugs from entering the apartment.
You have been granted a temporary barcode to enter the community. Do not share building access codes, barcodes, or keys with anyone. Only the host can create barcodes for temporary community access.
Do not leave candles unattended. If you choose to light a candle, it must always be monitored to prevent fire hazards or damage to furniture.
Our apartment is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Do not overload electrical outlets.
Please be aware of the location of the fire extinguisher and emergency exits. A fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen area inside the lower cabinets.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, the Ring monitoring device, the smart lock, or any other safety equipment installed in the apartment.
Please note that public areas of the complex are monitored for security, including sport areas, the lagoon, buildings, lobbies, and parking areas. Additionally, the hallway and apartment entrance are monitored by a Ring system for added security.
