YOUR ACCESS

• A barcode granting access to the community was provided by the Super Host at the time of your reservation. This code is valid throughout your stay and is intended for your use only.
• Additional guests must request their own individual barcode from the Super Host. Each barcode will be issued under the guest’s name and personal details.
• Please note that security at the main gate will verify that the barcode matches the individual presenting it. We strongly recommend not bringing unregistered guests, as they may be denied entry if they do not have proper authorization to access the community.

DELIVERY AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

• You are not authorized to arrange deliveries of furniture, electronics, or accessories from external vendors. The community enforces strict vendor access policies, as outlined in the community guidelines.
• Taxi services are permitted. Security at the gate will manage access by collecting and verifying the driver’s information.
• Food deliveries (pizza, sandwiches, etc.) are allowed only if the driver can be properly identified by security. If identification cannot be verified, access will be denied. Please note that informal or unregistered deliveries are not guaranteed entry.

If you need to add additional guests, you must contact your Super Host in advance. Administrative fees may apply.
