Mantaining the Apartment in Optimal Conditions
Please review the following recommendations to help keep the apartment safe, efficient, and well maintained throughout your stay.
Turn off the air conditioning when leaving the apartment to conserve energy. Please also keep doors closed while the A/C is running, as opening them may cause condensation and water dripping from the unit.
Please make sure the gas stove and oven are fully turned off before leaving the apartment, as they operate on gas and may pose a safety hazard if left on.
Always close and lock the doors and windows when leaving the unit.
Turn off lights and small appliances when they are not in use.
Do not leave water running in sinks or showers.
Please avoid moving furniture or rearranging decorations. The apartment has been carefully arranged so all items remain in their designated places.
The apartment has been prepared and equipped based on the number of guests listed in your reservation. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. To cover additional cleaning and consumables, extra fees will apply if unregistered guests stay in the apartment during your visit.
