CHECK-OUT PROCESS
Quick, easy, and hassle-free checkout
Our checkout process is designed to ensure a smooth and efficient departure experience for our guests while helping us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness.
- Checkout time is 11:00 AM
(unless otherwise agreed)
- Late checkouts must be approved in advance
Guests are kindly asked to:
- Place all used towels in the bathroom or laundry area
- Dispose of all trash in designated bins
- Leave the property in a reasonably tidy condition
- Dispose of any trash in the designated bins
- Gather dirty dishes and place them in the kitchen sink
- Turn off lights and appliances
- Turn off air conditioner units (A/C)
- Lock all doors and windows
No need to worry about deep cleaning — that’s our job! - If you experienced any spills, accidents, or issues during your stay, we’d appreciate you letting us know so we can address them before the next guest arrives.
- Please make sure the apartment door is closed on your way out
- Please let us know once you have completed checkout so we can finalize our internal processes and prepare the unit for cleaning.
